  • Hemp seeds are a SANEr alternative to soy and can be eaten raw, ground into a meal, made into hemp milk (similar to soy or almond milk), and used in baking. Hemp seed is a highly nutritious source of plant-based protein and are better tasting and more digestible than the soybean. Hemp seeds are also free of the common allergens associated with soy, dairy, gluten and tree-nuts.

    SANE Super Cereal

    Ingredients
    2 TBSP Organic Black Chia Seeds
    4 TBSP Raw Organic Shredded Coconut
    — 2 TBSP SANE Flax Seeds
    1 TBSP SANE Hemp Seeds
    6 TBSP SANE Coconut Flour
    2 tsp Raw Organic Cassia Cinnamon Powder
    2/3 cup/ 2 oz. / 55g Clean Whey Protein
    — 1 1/3 cup / ~11 fl oz. very hot water
    1/2 tsp Raw Organic Wild Bourbon Vanilla Bean Powder
    2 tsp SANE Erythritol

    TIP: For best results, enjoy this as a starting point and adjust key flavoring ingredients such as SANE sweeteners, vanilla, cinnamon, etc. slightly up or down according to your tastes.

    Instructions
    — Place Organic Black Chia SeedsRaw Organic Shredded Coconut, SANE Flax Seeds, SANE Hemp SeedsSANE Erythritol, and Raw Organic Wild Bourbon Vanilla Bean Powder in a coffee grinder, food processor, or blender, and grind until fine. 
    — Pour ground mix into a bowl, add SANE Coconut FlourRaw Organic Cassia Cinnamon PowderRaw Organic Cassia Cinnamon Powder, and Clean Whey Protein.
    — Mix well until completely blended.
    — Add cup of very hot water and stir well. Leave to sit for one minute to thicken.
    — Stir.
    — Add more very hot water if you prefer a runnier cereal.
