Sea buckthorn juice powder is perhaps one of the lesser known superfoods, but it’s gaining in popularity.

Either way, it is a progressive disease unless proactive steps are taken to stabilize or reverse it. Research shows sea buckthorn may be a useful weapon to use against this disease.

High blood pressure (hypertension) and abnormal cholesterol levels are two major risk factors for heart disease. Seems the little sea buckthorn berries may help modify these risk factors, thereby defending against heart disease. Studies show that sea buckthorn may have considerable cholesterol-lowering effects. It may also lower triglyceride levels. There is also some evidence that sea buckthorn may help lower blood pressure, and for this reason, it’s not advisable to take it if you suffer from low blood pressure, as it may cause BP to drop too low. 5, 6, 7
Sea buckthorn contains bioactive compounds that have anti-cancer properties.
